Emma Grundy Haigh, Editorial Director of Joffe Books, has acquired World rights the first three books in the DCI Rebecca Pope police procedural series by Jez Pinfold. As an unpublished manuscript, the first book in the London-based series was shortlisted in the Top 5 of 3,500 entries for the Daily Mail/PRH First Novel Competition 2018, and an earlier version won the longlist prize at The Bath Novel Awards in 2019.

The first book, as yet untitled, will be published in Summer 2022.
